Great beginner to intermediate
This has some good pop and flex for the park. The Playback is def a step up from the turbo I had as my first board.

ok I am a parent and may have a silly question but do these board come with the straps/clips to put the riders boot in? if so where can I get a chance to see what that looks like? thanks... mom needing help !! :)
Max's Momma on Feb 12, 2014
BEST ANSWER: This board does not come with bindings. You will need to purchase them separately and attach them to the board with the hardware that is provided with them. The bindings come with step by step instructions on how to attached them to the board. My son got K2 bindings to go with this board but most brands will work on most boards unless they are a certain type of Burtons. If you look at a close up of the board and bindings you can see the screw hole patterns. You will also need snowboarding boots as regular snow boots will not work. They are designed especially to keep the riders feet in the proper position (kind of like a ski boot). They do sell snowboarding packages here that include the board, bindings and boots. Just make sure you get the right size of each. If you have further questions you can always call customer service and they should be able to answer any questions about that. Hope this helps!
Does this board come in a 120cm size too?
Avery on Sep 6, 2015
BEST ANSWER: Unfortunately the K2 Playback is a discontinued series.

Check out the K2 Mini Turbo Snowboard, it has sizes ranging from 100cm to 130cm. See them HERE:
would this be a good board for me. I do some tricks in the park and I like to also just go down the hill and I like a softer flex?
reid.y. on Dec 7, 2013
BEST ANSWER: Yes. This board seems like it'd be a great match for you. I use this board and ride down blues and greens all the time, but occasionally I like to hit the parks. It's great for boxes, and especially great for beginner/intermediate such as me.
Ok I have burton freestyle bindings and I want to get this board but I was woundering like what channel would I need to have in my bindings?
Stephin S on Nov 27, 2015
BEST ANSWER: In order for your Burton Freestyle Bindings to be compatible with the K2 Playback Snowboard, they will need to have 4x4 discs.
I'm looking into getting this board as my first snowboard. I have only been snowboarding once but I loved it and got pretty good my first day. I would just like to know if this board will be good for learning how to ride switch and developing good skills on jumps/in the park, as well as being able to handle a few crashes? If there is something better that is around 145cm or a little smaller I would like to know that too. Thanks!
Justin B on Jun 23, 2015
This will actually be a good board to develop skills on. Use your weight as the beast factor to determine sizes. Burton is a reliable choice for boards too: is a good option too. I suggest you rent a couple more times, and try different companies, styles and lengths.... and figure out what you like best. You can also chat with our Snowboard specialists: 1 (800) 409-7669, they are great.
Could size 10.5 boots fit the 145cm board?
Bzimmer on Jan 6, 2015
Depending on your size and weight, a size 10.5 boot would be better with an adult board. This Playback Youth board has a really narrow waist.
i am 95 pounds and 5'2 would this board be good for me?
jake777 on Dec 2, 2014
Hi! K2 suggests that this Playback would be just fine for you.... both height and weight.
will this board go with bindings that go with men snowboard boots size8??!!!
A shopper on Nov 23, 2014
This will work. For a U.S. size 8 you would roughly want a board at least 23cm wide.
is this a good board for my sun? he is 120pounds and about 163 cenimiters???
A shopper on Nov 23, 2014
It would work great.
are these K2 boards with flatline technology meant to be ridden shorter? looks like this board has a lot longer effective edge than the other boards of the same size (usually 145cm board got approx 110 effective edge, this got 115.22).
