Description: Burton Ripcord Snowboard

Go ahead and tell the learning curve to take a hike. The Burton Ripcord is designed for the beginner to intermediate rider, who is looking to ride different terrain and snow conditions. The Ripcord's directional shape and tapered tail compose a deck that rides easily through most terrain, while Burton's Flat Top™ camber profile showcases a flat profile, with a lifted zone in the nose and tail, for a stable yet playful ride. Finished off with an extruded base, for less time in the tune shop and more time on snow. All these ingredients make for a deck that you'll rock far past your formative, skill building years.

I love the board it rides very smooth and is pretty flexible! I’ve been riding for a long time but I would say this board is for all riders experienced and beginners!

Love this board!
Love this board. So much lighter than my old board. Rides very well for an intermediate rider like myself.

Great board for beginners to intermediate riders. Very forgiving and fun to ride. Can easily hit the park as well as groomers. Haven’t tried it in back country but I’m sure it will do the trick. I would recommend this board for anyone who rides a few times a year and anyone who is trying to figure out how to ride.

I'm 5'11'' and 170 lbs with a size 11 boot will this board be good for me ?
Francisco F on Jan 14, 2019
BEST ANSWER: WE had my son measured for his board before purchasing. They also have a size chart online. My son is only 5'9" and this is the size we got him, so not sure. you may want to get measured or go up a size. It's suppose to reach the bottom part of your chin for optimal performance. Hope this helps
