Description: Blizzard Brahma Skis

Hit every face of the mountain confidently with the Brahma Skis from Blizzard. These men's skis feature a hybrid profile with increased rocker in the tip and tail to improve carving ability on groomers or hardpack and improve float in deep powder. A more aggressive shape in the tip helps improve turn initiation. These Blizzard skis are made with a super lightweight poplar beech core reinforced with bi-directional carbon frame and two layers of Titanal to increase torsional stiffness and make these skis more responsive. A compound sidewall gives them more pop and durability over time, as well as increased acceleration out of turns. On the bottom, they have a sintered graphite bases that absorb wax extremely well so you can reach greater speeds. All of these features combine to create an excellent all-mountain ski that is geared towards intermediate to advanced riders. Whether you're shredding pow or slicing up some groomers, these all-mountain skis from Blizzard will have you taking on all aspects of the mountain as a true quiver killer.

Reliable and burly
I've been an utter fanboy for the Flipcore series since the beginning. The story of Arnie Backstrom led me to the Bodacious. I took the burly ski and moved the bindings forward 1cm. This tamed the mighty rodeo bull into a gentle but ferocious ride that never saw a huck it didn't like and was an enthusiastic pillow smasher.

I went to the Bonafide for a midfat daily driver. At +1cm this too was easygoing and my love affair continued, I called these my invisible skis. They just disappeared, at the top of any line it was just me and the line. I never thought of the skis, I just ripped it.

The LatiGo was the next love affair, they serve well on the harder days and work in mild off piste conditions. Always at plus one these anchor the skinny end of the quiver.

Eventually I decided to get an 88mm Brahma to fit between the Bones and the LatiGo. They are like old friends, they feel long but the raw power and speed make for a satisfying ride.
