are these new skis and bindings?
A shopper on Nov 30, 2015
BEST ANSWER: I apologize if I misread your question, but these skis and bindings are 2013 models and they are not used.
Are bindings mounted??
A shopper on Dec 20, 2015
BEST ANSWER: No, they come unmounted. Once you get them plan on spending $20 at a shop or $40 at the hill you're going to to get them mounted. Mine took 20 minutes because they are very easy to put on.
I am 6' 4" and 290 lbs. intermediate skier... what do you think? I've skied on 190's before, but typically like a little bit of a shorter ski on the mountain... like 180's. Any thoughts?
Dave T on Mar 1, 2018
BEST ANSWER: I would go with what you are comfortable with. I have used these skiis for 2 years now and I think they are great. Not the easiest in powder, but for the groomed runs they are wonderful. These skis could help you feel more comfortable on a longer ski. I am only between 6'1 and 6'2", but I can remember exactly what size I bought.
The turning radius for the 172 please?
A shopper on Feb 2, 2017
BEST ANSWER: I don't know what the exact radius is for the "sweet spot" but these skis are extremely stable in my opinion and they suit me well for Colorado skiing. The turning radius is medium on this model. The demo bindings do make them a bit heavy, but the steel mesh gives them some severe rigidity. The initial reviews told me they were harder to initiate turns, but I love them. I've taken them through everything from deep fresh powder, to slush, to solid is patches and they powered through everything with little issue. These are GREAT for speed!
Any 179's?
Peter J on May 23, 2017
BEST ANSWER: Hi Peter,
Unfortunately the two posted sizes are all that remain.... I double checked everywhere. No 179cm length.
