awesome buy
What an awesome buy on both items, wasn't sure initially on the skis bit glad I bought. Amazing pop, great stability, and for the price couldn't get a better pair of skis. The grenade headphones work awesome, great sound quality and loud for the slopes. The house is the only store I go to, hands down.

I want a ski that can handle powder, drop offs ect. But that i can also throw around in the park for spins and grabs. does anyone know if these will work? if not, any other suggestions?
A shopper on Apr 22, 2014
BEST ANSWER: These skis have worked good for me all over the mountain. They're a very dynamic ski that has handled well on everything I've thrown at them

bobby on Jan 3, 2015

bob the skier on Feb 7, 2014
BEST ANSWER: My son uses them. 15 years old 5'9 165 lbs and he loves them. He uses them in park and regular mountain setting and says they flex well. He loves them.

how wide of bindings do these skis need?
Marshall A on Dec 23, 2013
BEST ANSWER: i bought these in March and I am currently in Afghanistan so I don t have a visual on them yet. But judging from the the description the Waist Width looks to be anything from 95 to 97 mm depending on what the length of the skis is.
do these skis have tip and tail rocker?
bob the skier on Oct 20, 2014
BEST ANSWER: They're a combo of rocker & camber but yes, they are twin tip if that's what you're asking. They are super light skis and are much better than my old Solomon Xscream skis but I wish I would've spent $200 more and got the 4FRNT Devestators.
what is the base color?
bob the skier on Mar 28, 2014
BEST ANSWER: Black base with words ARCTIC EDGE (words in green on one ski and blue on the other).
Great skis. Have lasted two seasons so far. My son split the tips when he hit a tree. Easily repaired and still going.
how are these ski's in powder?
A shopper on Sep 5, 2015
BEST ANSWER: Good all mountain, all condition skis. Very capaable in powder due to wide shovel and 100 mm underfoot, but not so wide that they can't carve. Had 'em in the spring slop in Fernie BC, in the woods at Mad River Glen, and on the groomed at Wachusett. Generic cap ski with wood core. Very nice edges, plenty of material for the home tuner. Well worth the short money they cost.
I have never heard of this brand are these good powder skies or not?
A shopper on Nov 14, 2013
BEST ANSWER: These are definitely your average off-brand skis. It is a production type ski that may originate from China, but is specially sold by TheHouse only. It is like their own "house" brand.

Don't get me wrong, they work great for there purpose. They are not sintered (they're extruded), therefore they do not have as much of a slide like feel on snow, but are definitely wide enough of a ski to ride in most powder. I often use them on back country bunny trails.

The reason I picked up these skis was because I snapped my other ones last season. I like that they have a springy like rocker feel to them. If you dont ski a lot and are looking for a budget ski, these are great!

If I had more money to spend, I would definitely look at some other better powder specific skis. Also, if you ski a decent amount, the lifespan will probably only be about 5 years max.
are they twin tip skis??
A shopper on Sep 19, 2014
BEST ANSWER: They are twin tip powder skis but I returned the pair I bought after one use. The edging started coming out on both skis from one night. Other than that issue I had, they were amazing on the slopes.
Is this a reliable ski? Are they good for rails and jumps?
A shopper on Dec 3, 2014
BEST ANSWER: These are a very stiff ski so not too good for jumps (but they are light weight). I don't ride rails so don't know about that.
Will my tyrolia bxs bindings work with these skiis?
slippy on Dec 4, 2014

Sorry but I am unfamiliar with the Tyrolia BXS Binding. If the brake width of the Tyrolia BXS is 100-105mm then it should work well. Be sure that your binding is on still indemnified and up to standards.

Have a stellar winter!
How Wide Are tHey?
A shopper on Sep 7, 2015
BEST ANSWER: The Arctic Edge Menace TT2 Camrock Skis are 97mm underfoot.
