Best Answer: Being that the Jet Pilot F-22 Comp Wakeboard Vest is not a USGA vest, Jet Pilot sizes it based on waist size. In the case of the XL the waist size is listed at 34-36in. Here are the full sizings:
XS = 26-28in
S = 28-30in
M = 30-32in
L = 32-34in
XL = 34-36in
