The
Liquid Force Watson wakeboard; a marquee promodel performance board returning again for another season. The Watson has been with the
LF since the beginning. You have ridden tons of shapes, tried every board, had numerous pro models, 10 years come in and here is another 10 years.
The
Liquid Force Watson wakeboard of this season, we have incorporated all the features that made us a proven performance shape. Starting with the carbonex construction, the Watson features two plies of carbon, giving the whole board torsional rigidity, through the mid body, but still giving it tip flex.
On the bottom, Watson was really picky, especially about how we wanted the fins to be done, but he also wanted this board to land softer. So branching off from his previous promo, we put the double inside single concave to the middle. But pushing up the middle to give it catch free sliding, it has got a lifted rail on the outside with a variable edge rail that rolls into a crisp sharp edge through the back third to get a positive hold. This double concave moves into what I call quad vented channels and what these vents do is they break the water flow and keep the board fast and give it a lot of lift without breaking up the water flow that connects to the fin to give it positive hold.
Watson’s shape comes in four sizes, a 130, a 134, 138, and 142. The
