Best Answer: Hello,

I bought this board recently and It would work perfectly well for a 14 year old that's 100 pounds. This is my second board from liquid force and I have to say they are quite nice for the price. The bigger the board you buy the easier it will be to stand up On. Im 6' 2" and 180, but this board works for my friend who is 215 lbs also. Hope this helps!
