A shopper asked: Is it okay to travel by plane with this bag, if I pad my board with my snowboarding clothes? lol Nov 26, 2013
Answer this · Send to friends Good question? Yes (0) No (0)
erin p: Thanks for the replies, though I didn't see them before I left!
I padded my board with clothes, and my board and bindings were fine. It's just hard to pack because the bag only opens halfway. Also, the shoulder strap is pretty weak (it snapped off) but oh well.

kyron l: I honestly don't know.ha I have yet to have flown with mine but im sure you'll be good if you put your gear in with it. Mine and a friends was good in the same bag and our gear with it for a road trip over 1000 miles and no issues. Nov 30, 2013

Jeff m: I wouldn't. It's big enough, but get a wheeled bag for travel. By the time you get your board and some gear to pad it you wont be able to move it. Nov 30, 2013

Bruce P: Yes and no. You can fit one board with bindings on, and have enough room for a pair of ski pants, 2 boots, and a helmet inside, but that's about it. If you wanted to put in 3 boards, you probably can, but you'd need to take off the bindings and let them free float in the bag. Maybe you'd also have room for one pair of boots inside after, but it's gonna be a tight fit. I'd also be concerned about the straps attached to it with all that gear inside, that's a lot of weight to be lugging around.

Hope that answered your question.
