I bought this specifically to survive the Chicago winter. It's taken me down to 0 degrees so far. Great for every day use. Puffy, but not Costanza-like.

Probably good for ski/board. Not many pockets, but the main left breast is high for easy access within minimal zip down.

XL fits perfect on my 6'5" frame.
