"Amazing"
Pros: Solid Build Quality, Sweet Looks, Great Customer Support
Cons: none,
I won these in a giveaway last year and absolutely love them. They come with a lifetime warranty and its super no hassle. I chipped the metal heel cups on a rock last year and a simple email was all that it took to get them replaced. With them on they make the board feel apart of you. Best Bindings ever

"Sick bindings!"
Pros: Durable, Fashionable, Good quality and light
Cons: None,
These are awesome bindings I just got them this past Saturday and took them out on killington and they were great! They are really durable and really forgiving at the same time. they are real good quality and are by supportive. Overall these bindings are the best bindings I have rode. also I got the neon green ones and you won't believe how many comments I got about those bindings and there color. So many people were impressed. Overall these bindings are awesome they are good quality and durable. They are easy to latch and unlatch. The toe straps are sick as well and the bindings are really comfortable.

Cons: Pricey,
Great bindings that were very easy to adjust, good cushioning and were forgiving all around the mountian, plus the colors they cam in were pretty legit as well
-
"Great bindings"
Pros: Sick bright colors, magnesium buckles, lightweight and comfy
Cons: Not enough EVA,
Super sick bindings, i love them, bright colors, look great, super comfy, nice support, but still flexy from the multizone highback, strap buckles super smooth, all in all a very great binding, can't wait for it to snow.

"Built like a tank, crappy to strap"
Pros: Well built,
Cons: Crappy toe strap, replace it with burton Capstrap,
Great binding aside from the toe strap, but I hear they may have fixed it this year.

"Amazing Bindings"
Pros: Cushion, Color, Light
Cons: Price,
These bindings are very durable and with the acid green color, they make the riding a lot better. Haha.

"My binding to beat."
Pros: Stiff n' stable, Comfortable, Easy to adjust gas pedal
Cons: Black color fading to red,
Great no frills binding. Nice padding where it counts, but still very responsive. Toe strap can be worm over the toe tops or tips. With the strap over the toe caps, I fend it very comfortable. The foot platform can extend out with one screw adjustment, making it easy to dial in the topside balance.

"Union Force"
Pros: Rock Solid , Responsive,
Cons:
I got these at the end of last season. I switched from using flows for a few years which made it a tough change. They were super comfortable after trial and error getting the settings right. Real easy to adjust and felt great. Soft landings and felt solid at high speeds and in the choppy stuff - put em on a Capita board, you won't regret it

"Best Bindings "
Pros: Flex, Response, Comfort
Cons:
Love this binding. Always been the best but now they added the new toe strap, it could be the perfect binding.
-
"Simple bindings with quality"
Pros: Quality bindings, Simple and easy for anyone,
Cons: Still can't think of any,
Union's 2012 Force is easily adjustable from heelcup, base and tool less straps. Very comfortable with enough padding to absorb the rough spots on any mountain. The highback has a multizone flex; forgiving and softer flex towards the top and stiffer and stronger towards the bottom. These bindings are not meant to be overly responsive and more forgiving.

"Reliable"
Pros: strong , easy, straight forward
Cons: straps could be better, but not bad, a little heavy..compared to the SL and contact pro,
Good Binding. Take it out in any conditions on any part of the mountain and they excell. The straps arent the best, but they arent the worst. If put on properly they hold just fine. They are a little heavy, but I normally ride the Force SL, and Contact Pro's, so that's all I can compare them too. There are heavier bindings, these probably fall somewhere in the middle. This is a 100 day a year binding. Strong, durable, a very good binding.

"sweet bindings"
Pros: Price, Response, Flex
Cons: toe strap,
awesome bindings, light and still responsive with a nice flex...i like them alot the only problem i have is the toe strap it really doesnt work like a toe strap unless you strap it across the foot rather than in front of the toe....but overall i like these alot! all white is money!

"Totally don't get the hype"
Pros: interchangeable parts,
Cons: poor straps,
Another item I demo'd at HCSC these bindings are the hot ones the past few years and I completely don't see how, outside of making Frankenbinders. The fit was really poor with my Burton Rulers. Just plain uncomfortable. The straps didn't seem to ever like fitting my boots after many rounds of adjustment. I didn't feel like they were responsive, yet they were stiffer than I though they would be. I'd put these below the Cartels (which I loathe)
