Key Features of the 2117 of Sweden Jovattnet Ski Pants:
I bought these ski pants for my 15 year old son! He is an extreme skier and these have held up great. The stitching is durable and he stays warm without getting too overheated. He has grown a lot in the last 6 months and we will definitely consider buying these again! Great value!
They were the right thickness; not to thin to be cold, but not thick enough to cause sweating or restriction of motion. Only downside was there was no elastic waist band or belt loops so you are forced to wear the suspenders to keep your pants up, as opposed to letting them hang like a swagbeast
Combination of insulation, wind and water protection, soft fabric, style, and price. They are warm using just a light base layer in 20 degree New England skiing. I would like a zipper on the cuff and a bit more scuff protection but I'm not complaining for the price. Also,
It sounds like I may want to order one size up from what the sizing chart says. Is this true?

Best Answer:I strongly recommend that you order at least a size up. We had to return the jacket and the pants (a failed Christmas gift) because the person we were buying for chose the size he would normally choose without examining the chart. This is European sizing. No way it even came close to fitting. Measure if you must.
Yes, they seem to run small. I purchased them for my son that is always a large in clothing items. He is quite thin and the pants were to small - The fabric, make and style were great, just order up a size and I believe you will be fine.
I leave for Colorado Friday and will use them for the first time, so this review is just from trying them on and moving around the house.
Got a Large and they fit great. I'm 5'11'' 185ish. They seem to have plenty of insulation and are water proof so you wont get wet. they also have elastic bands inside the leg at your ankles so no snow can get in.
I moved around great in them, not bulky at all. you will like them
