Only if youre tall and skinny
I am 6'0" 185 lbs with a 32-34 waist and 33 inseam, I ordered the medium. The length was perfect but the waist was a bit slim and the chest area was tight. I was surprised there was not more adjustment in the waist area. I am average in size and not overweight, i think this would work well for someone who has a thinner frame, and small upper body. I am not going to exchange for the large because any additional length would make the overly baggy bottoms way too long. Also, it is supposedly non-insulated so I was expecting just a shell, FYI.. it does actually have a fabric liner that may provide some additional warmth. The suspender buckles are beefy and the garment seems pretty bomber overall, except for a strangely small wimpy zipper aout 4" long on one side to allow a bit more room when taking it on or off which seemed prone to snagging. It cost me $15 to ship this back for a refund and I will wait 2-4 weeks for a credit, so be sure about the size before you buy on-line.

BEST ANSWER: Hi,
I think a medium would be the best choice, but double check the size charts to be sure they will be long enough for you..... you don't want hi-water snow pants.
