Good mid-weight ski jacket
This is a good mid-weight jacket. There is adequate insulation in the body of the jacket, but the sleeves are not insulated, and it is noticeable in chilly conditions. Plenty of pockets, and the powder skirt fits nicely and does not ride up. I also really like the fuzzy lining in the neck and chin area. Waterproof rating is five-star, as is fit and style. The lack of insulation in the arms brings my rating to a 4 overall.

Need a very warm jacket for high alpine terrain. Is this the right jacket?
A shopper on Jan 5, 2014
Best Answer: This is a great shell jacket that will keep you dry. You definatyly need to use a substantial additional layer for warmth in temperatures that below 30. Love the many pockets for storing. things for a day on the ski slopes. The jacket it fitted, I am a size 6 and I wish I would have bought a size larger,

How warm would you say this jacket is? I like to wear long sleeve with a fleece vest under my jacket and i get cold easy.
