Great jacket, a little unversitile for how expensive it is.
Overall this is a great jacket for my personal needs but there are several draw backs.

Pros: excellent warmth for cold days, yet super breathable for warmer ones. Waterproofing worked great in powder. Inside/out cell pocket worked fantastically, and all the pockets overall are really useful and versatile with double opening points for large waist pockets. As for style alone, I would give it 5 stars(there is a sick Indian head on the back of the olive jacket, not sure why it isn't pictured), it looks rad without being to bulky. The powder skirt is removable and and set in a good spot. Sleeves are easy to adjust for inner or outer cuff.

Cons: runs slim and quite small. I usually wear a large but could have used the xl. The neck of the jacket when fully zipped is so tight it's almost useless. That is unless you have the hood up and don't wear a helmet. If you wear a helmet when you ride and want to be able to have the hood on top of it, move on because it won't fit. Luckily I don't wear a hood over my helmet. It does run slim so it can feel right if you don't size up.

Overall, I am very satisfied with this jacket even with its drawbacks.
