"Pretty Decent"
Pros: style , audio quality , warranty
Cons: comfort,
These headphones look sick but arent the most comfortable headphone around. The audio quality is pretty good but once again not the best. I like these but there is definately better to choose from. They do give you good warranty so thats a plus.

"mediocre sound, nice design"
Pros: stylish design, beer (bottle) opener!!!,
Cons: durability, meh' audio,
the headphones are tight but you can train the headphones out of it buy putting them over something like your desktop speaker or the width of a cinder block you have one lying around for some reason.
the headphones themselves have a lot going for them if you're on the go or on the slopes and manage to sneak in some liquid courage.
but from an audio and convenience (i suppose that's the word) standpoint, i would not recommend it. the product breaks easily and the audio quality isn't any better than mediocre. bass is boomy, you're essentially getting a heavy low frequency vibration, which happens to let you rock out with them, that gives you the impression it has good bass until you start trying to listen to whatever it is you're listening to, and you don't get too much special with the mids. i didn't get too much time for the highs so i can't say much for that.
on the upside, i think skull candy generally have lifetime warranties...on the other hand, it's a huge inconvenience to go without headphones.i would recommend other headphones but if you're looking for style then skull candy has you covered.
if you're looking for music, i'd say go somewhere else. if you disagree with my review, pick up some better headphones and you will find that you can't go back.
on another note, if you can't hear the difference then you should DEFINITELY get skull candy because most other headphones do NOT look as great/stylish...though i would like to caution you about their track record in regards to durability...

"Cheap Piece Of Junk"
Pros: nothing!!!!!,
Cons: Terrible Audio Quality, Very Uncomfortable, Low Quality Constuction
As with all skullcandy headphones, They Are Nothing More Than A Fashion Item With A Great Marketing Scheme. Skullcandy headphones are super cheap pieces of junk with terrible audio quality & horrible construction made with the cheapest components possible. I owned these piece of crap headphones but they sound soooo bad & were so uncomfortable I gave them to my 10 year old nephew. If You Are In The Market For Headphones DO NOT PURCHASE ANY skullcandy PRODUCTS, They All Suck! Put Your Hard Earned Money Towards A REAL Pair Of Headphones.

"Awesome Sound Quality"
Pros: Sound Quality , Comfy, Mildyly portable
Cons:
I've had these headphones since my Heshes got all stiff on me and these have not failed me. The best part about the ones I have is that they have a little slot for a beer-bottle opener. These headphones do work in the audio quality! I give it a 9 out of 10 for audio quality and the comfort is probably am 8.5 out of 10. Great heaphones by skullcandy!

"Alright"
Pros: Great sound quality, Cool look.,
Cons: Warranty sucks, Pricey,
These were my last purchase from Skullcandy. They are FANTASTIC until they break. The sound quality is simply amazing, blocks out the surroundings, and the headphones look cool. They also have a bottle opener hidden in the headphones. Unfortunately, after a year the extension pieces for the headphones crack and break, leaving the actually ear pieces dangling. Even if you have a small head (I do) and don't use the extension pieces, they break. They are not good at all at following through with their warranties. I do not recommend this brand in genearl
