"Really, Really Large"
I bought these pants, a Large, I'm about 61 and 35ish waist. Based on the sizing chart, they should have been the right fit, but I should have tried some on somewhere before ordering. The Large was WAY huge. To make them work, I would have had to wear them around my ribs. Sad to return them for the awesome price and 12 bucks for the experiment's shipping. Bummer

Good/durable
I got these pants at the beginning of last season and they have served me well. Since it was my first year snowboarding, I found myself on my butt or on my knees quite a bit - regardless, the pants have held up well and I was dry at the end of every 7 hour boarding session. I find that the pants have an adequate number of pockets, including water proof ones where I can store my wallet. Going back to the being a beginner comment, I found that these did show a lot of dirt (given that I have the white ones), especially when the snow is melting around the resort and the dirt latches onto the bottoms of the pant legs

Great Pants and Fit
I have always been a fan of Special Blend pants. These pants are the Freedom fit which fits a little baggier than most. I am about 5'8 and 162 lbs and typically wear a 32 or 33 waistline in pants. I have these in a medium and it fits perfect around the waist but they are very long. They have about an extra 4 at the bottom. With boots, they fit perfect. When wearing shoes, you'll want to use the drawstring on the inside pockets to lift the length. Overall, these are great pants with an awesome fit but could use a few inches off the bottom
