"Awesome buy cant beat for the price"
Pros: Stylish Comfortableplenty of features high quality 2 layer gore tex reliable water and wind proofing Recco and an awesome sale price make it pretty much unbeatable Cons: Zipper can get stuck if you dont pay attentionThe descriptions of this jacket is slightly off I think. Upon receiving the jacket I was surprised to find that it does have a Recco reflector which I think was left out of the description on any website I saw this jacket posted on. The reflector is hidden very nicely so it doesnt hinder the look or feel of the jacket and doesnt leave a lump to be seen or felt which is pretty slick. youll find it if youre really looking for it The powder skirt feels nice and high quality and can be snapped onto the jacket to stow it out of the way when you arent using it. It is permanently attached however. The description said zip off powder skirt but that is not the case. There is no lift ticket D ring but it does have a removable yoyo pass holder instead. Very light insulation making the jacket feel pretty close to a shells weight but still gives plenty of warmth. I always just use and shells anyway so this works for me. There is a TON of useful features on this jacket, came with a goggle wipe in one of the pockets, the chin material and hand warmer pockets are comfortable. Hood can go over my helmet without a problem. The color is soo incredibly bright the jacket seems like its glowing in most light conditions. The fit is definitely long and loose just to be forewarned. I was looking for it to be this way but I could definitely wear a small and still be comfortable I have a Medium The wrist gaiters are comfortable if youre going to use them but they get a little in the way if you try not to use them. The zippers are not as easy to use as my previous Planet Earth jacket. My old jacket had a nice long bar that was easy to grab with gloves and a plastic zipper that went up and down without a problem. This one has a smaller zipper grab and a fine metal zipper that can catch easily if you dont get the hang of it. Pull the zipper out away from your body and then you can raise and lower it without catching but if you just pull straight up youll basically catch often and be frustrated. Not a problem since I figured it out though.
