  • "2010 model is better than 2011"

    , AL
Pros: comfy inner, salmon brand, Cons: neon green inner color for 2011 model,

I liked the comfy fit, but the store says Salmon boots tend to get roomy after a few rides, so I bought a firmer pair of Flow Lotus BOA instead. I think the color was a key for me too - I just happened to have more purple/pink in my snowboarding clothes and gears but no green.

  • "Love the fit"

    , highland, NY
Pros: comfy all day long, Cons: lacing system is a pain in my ar$e,

These boots are waayyycomfortable. 12 hours later i still feel all my toes which I can't say about alot ofoher boots I've tried not overly stiff or overly soft. Thebediscomfy- forms nice to the foot. My feet are narrower- def a great brand for folks e that sort of foot The only thing I find annoying is the lacing system. the laces dont lock in and out as easily as you would hope- Iusually need someone to help me. I'd like to try out the boa version of these bc the lacing lock is my only beef. I'm using drake bindings with these right now- was wondering if anyone used these with flows?

  • "Don't do it"

    , LONG ISLAND CITY, NY
    Pros: non, Cons:

I bought these boots last season based on the lacing system. Unfortunately, I regretted this decision every time I hit the slopes. There is a seam at the top of the boots, where the fur ends, that cut off circulation to the legs as you ride. I also realized that after a couple of runs the laces would come completely undone and loose. I had to constantly stop and re-tighten them. Overall, buying these boots was a bad decision; I even had to rent boots on my trip to Big Sky because they were so frustrating.

  • "comfortable, narrow boot"

    , Weston, MA
Pros: soft lining, snug fit, Cons:

I originally had burton boots but my heels were moving around too much. I heard these boots run narrow and they sure do! I love them. It is easier to turn since my foot is more stable. They have a soft lining and lock laces that stay in place. I recommend these boots if you have narrow feet & want more control when your carving turns!

  • "Great for narrow feet"

    , Thirroul, NSW
Pros: Great if you have narrow feet, Lace-up inners for more support, Cons:

I'm only new to snowboarding but I've spent a lot of time trying on boots. I have quite a narrow foot (and heel) so the brands that work for me are quite limited. I found that these boots and the Roxy Leilani Boa were the best fit. These ones are a bit stiffer and the inners lace up which I like. I had been told to be careful when buying gear that is not from a specialist snowboard brand but I think these boots are great and would recommend them to other fellow narrow-footers out there!
