Swetty McSweterson, aka Dave McCall, talking about the Salomon Maori snowboard boot, super good snowboard boot, as always Salomon is known for their out of the box fit, you can pretty much take this right out of the box so have a good day with them. You have got a really soft synthetic fur on the top here to make it really comfortable, especially in the calf area which is where you usually get the bite. It has got a really easy to use liner, it has got a really simple draw cord, to get out you simply lift up. It has got a nice outer leather and Cordura on this one, to protect the lace is really nice so that you are not going to get torn up by your edge as you are riding up the chair lift, once again they are really nice quickly system on this one too, really easy to get in and out of, metal hardware for the islets, so it is going to hold up really good. Flex on this bad boy is going to be higher than 1, you are looking at 1 means soft, 10 means stiff, it is going to be somewhere falling like the 7, may be 8 range. So really high performance all mountain snowboard boot, it may be little better for really larger table tops, half pipe and free riding, and there will definitely be having some rails and boxes too, just a really good out of the box fit.
