Item # ro1hc524bs7zz-rossignol-bindings
Dave here, talking about the
Rossignol HC500 snowboard bindings. Once again, a really styled performer, low price.
Rossignol kills it, definitely, at this lower price point. You've got a really good ratchet. It also functions as a bottle opener as well, too. From there, you have a toe-cap strap, or a toe strap rocked as a toe-cap, or over the top. A really, really nice 3-D molded strap. That's going to conform to the contours of the boot really quickly with not too much breaking in. From there you have the high-back that's got a quick adjust forward lean. That's transmitting the power into an aluminum heel cup, which is going to be very rigid. You'll definitely get all the power from the high-back to the base plate. The plastic base plate is going to absorb a lot of the shock, be very durable, kind of be a little bit loose to give you that surfy feeling we all like to have on the snowboard. It makes us know we're not a skier. Other than that, a really good price point, awesome binding. Way to go.
Just because you're on a budget doesn't mean you can't have the G.O.O.D.s. The HC500 uses many of the same concepts and materials as our high-end models so you get what really matters: a chassis that offers control, precision and response. The HC500 is packed with all the features you need to take you where you to go but still have some coin left when you get there.
