How do you adjust the length of the heel cup?

BEST ANSWER: one screw on the inside of each side so 2 scews loosen them and the heel slides in and out untill you tighten them back up. works great especially for big feet or the growing boarder

If you have a size 8.5 boot I would say to go for the m/l bindings. Those will fit the size of your boot the best.

I have size 7.5 boots will these fit the 6-8 size version? And are they size adjustable if i get bigger boots?

For a 7.5 boot you will want the size S/M (6-8). You will be able to adjust them to accommodate different brands and styles of boots no problem.
