Key Features of Rome 390 Boss Snowboard Bindings:
  • NEW Contour Boss Ankle Strap: Designed to conform over the ankle, this strap has double the cushion for comfort and new materials for a smooth support profile. The next stepin superior ankle straps from the SDS Design House.
  • ConformGrip Toe Strap: Overmolded TPR seamlessly incases the nose of all boots for fit and grip that delivers comfort and control. Or run it over your boot if you like it Old School.
  • AutoStrap: A Rome-only idea;using an elastic band to hold the ankle straps out of the footbed until you are off the chair and ready to strap in. Simple and efficient.
  • V-Rod Baseplate: An unevenly designed baseplate with elevated corners on the toeside lateral corner and the heelside medial corner, and a rod of contact everywhere else. The smaller binding footprint gives natural board flex, side-to-side tweakage, and full toe-to-heel power.
  • NEW Yes, I Cant: The only customizable canting in snowboarding. A new quick-as-f&k footbed that lets you pick the angle you want. Go flat footed with 0 degree, or cant up with 3.5 degrees of lean for comfort and added power over nose and tail. Ideal for rocker boards.
  • NEW UnderWrap.2 Heel Hoop w/ Channel Adjust: A primary element in driving the feel of the binding, this is the backbone to the 390 chassis. Light through coring, UnderWrap tech delivers our signature performance of toe-to-heel power combined with side-to-side flex. With the Channel Adjust system for 2014, dialing it in is easier than ever.
  • NEW Forward Lean Adjustment
  • 390 Asym Highback
  • SubBase V-Pad

Will these bindings be compatible with a Burton Descendant board? Does it have the right plate for it?

Best Answer: Hey Cns187,

Rome does not include a channel compatible disc in their bindings. ICS channel boards fit best with Burton EST bindings.

How heavy are these bindings say compared to union bindings?
A shopper on May 2, 2014
Best Answer: I actually own the union flites and I own the 390s and if you hold them together you can barely tell the difference. It is such a small difference that I could not tell any change in my riding besides the 390's being the MOST COMFORTABLE bindings that let me lap the tow ropes all day here in the Midwest. I recommend these bindings to everyone, you can send it huge off jumps or get as playful as you want jibbing, they kill it in all categories in my opinion. The canting ability of them is also added comfort and leverage on your board. Buy them, you won't be disappointed.

Will these boots fit the capita dbx 154?
Tyler F on Nov 28, 2014
Best Answer: Tyler,
Do you mean bindings? The Capita DBX Snowboard uses the 4-hole mounting system which is compatible to these bindings. As well, the board's waist width will support them.

Leeanna W on Dec 18, 2013
Best Answer: Hello Leeanna,

The L/XL size Rome 390 Boss Snowboard Bindings has a size range between 9 and 14. If you'r nephew wears a 9.5 shoe/boot the bindings will fit. The size will not change if you are sending them through the mail.
