Pros: Keeps you warm in all the right places., Cons:This keeps me warm and comfy when wearing a brain basket. The fleece layer that is around like ear warmers isn't too thick where the helmet feels un-comfy. I use this every time I use a helmet, and sometime as an under layer to thin beanies.
