Can these pants keep you warm in tempatures 30 degrees or less without a base layer?

Best Answer: My daughter loves her Ride Leschi Snowboard Pants. She only wears thin leggings in all temps (Minnesota winters) and this is sufficient. So I would say yes to your question.
