Matt GStaff: The Ride Sodo Snowboard Jacket is warmer than the average technical shell snowboard jacket because of the 80g of Poly Insulation.

If it gets really cold you'll have to use some layer. CHeck out the layer options below...

Base Layers:

If you're looking for jackets that you won't have to layer underneath in really cold (-20) temps check out the Down Jackets HERE:

Sean L: I've been using this jacket all season its been great. The core of it is very warm & lined with the same (cotten fur?) You see around the neck. The sleves however are a little thin. Overall I just wear a thermal and this jacket, if anything I sweat but it has zipper vents to help with that too. I'm happy with it Feb 20, 2014

Chris B: The jacket is fairly warm, however I would suggest wearing a hoodie underneath when its pretty cold out. Jan 12, 2014

Dylan K asked: I am often in the middle between mens M and L when it comes to jackets. Does Ride or this jacket specifically run larger or smaller than avg snowboard jacket sizes? Jan 2, 2014

Matt GStaff: Hello Dyland,

Every company has a different set of standardization for sizing. If you haven't already, take a second to look at the SIZING CHART link that is located above the green Add to Cart button. The sizing chart will help you select the Ride Sodo Snowboard Jacket size you need with your specific measurements.

A shopper asked: Two Questions:
1) How is the fit, lengthwise?
2) Are their any additional pockets on the inside of the jacket (other than the phone pocket)? I usually carry a Beanie and a turtleneck/face mask with me, and I'm hoping there are good pockets to keep these items in.
