Michelle R: Great price for a jacket that gets excellent reviews around the internet Jan 6, 2014
Heidi H: waterproof, matches my red/black color coordination of my board, bindings, boots and pants. stylish, could wear off slopes... and the high collar in the front will block wind. Dec 2, 2013
Michael D: Great brand and color Nov 25, 2013
Jerri P: it had the size she needed Oct 24, 2013
Nicole asked: It says the hood is fixed, what does that mean? Is it useable? Does it pull over you head? Mar 9, 2014

Michelle R: I have this jacket in blue and I love it! I used it for a 2 day boarding trip and it was the best jacket I have ever owned. The hood does fit over your head and has a cord around the edge to tighten or loosen it. It is not detachable. Mar 9, 2014

Nicole R: It just means it is attached to the jacket. Permanently rather than removable (for example, it's not attached with Velcro)
It is totally usable and does pull over your head as a normal hood.

Heidi H: Just means the hood cannot be zipped off of the coat. It does pull over the head very well, and the high collar shields your neck from the wind especially well when the hood is up. Mar 9, 2014

Anna P asked: In what range of temperatures is this jacket best suited? Nov 11, 2013
Answer this · Send to friends Good question? Yes (0) No (0)
Bill D: Snowboard jackets are designed for great thermal properties and light weight. They are also intended to be used with layered clothing, so if it is colder, add more layers underneath. It is also designed to go right over your t-shirt. No jacket can offer great protection at -30 AND be as thin as this one, they are usually meant to be layered. Dec 9, 2013

carolina r: It was 13 degrees and wind chill was below zero and i was very comfortable. of course, you are not just wearing a tshirt underneath it either right. Nov 21, 2013

kari b: Thanks Matt. Black looks terrible with the colors on the Marine Slub jacket. I was thinking the yellow color or even the same purple or green/blue color of the jacket. They have to be able to ship to Canada. Thanks Nov 5, 2013
