This is my first pair of boots, so I don't have much to compare them to. They open up easily so taking them on/off is easy, and they lock down pretty easily. The speed lacing does seem to save a little time vs traditional laces, especially for that extra tightening after the first run, but I just have to trust that they won't snap because there's nothing special about the laces and the pull grips are plastic.
Boots are great. Haven't tried them yet but easiest ones I've walked in plus they're lightweight! Only problem I have is that there are no instructions on the speed lace system. Wasn't too hard to figure out tho. Just took some time messing with it.
Bought these, but they seemed a tiny bit small, I was going to exchange them, but once I used them there's no going back. Just buy .5 size bigger. Also the inserts hurt my shins, as they overlap, so it creates pressure points once the boot is tightened. I tried several different ways of wearing then and there is a sweet spot, you just gotta find it. Overall not bad for the price.
at first they seemed great. They were very lightweight and had a cool design. After using them, they do not stay tight. Have to retighten them almost after every run. Last time we went boarding, it rained a little and my feet were soaking wet.
Best Answer:I found that the boots fit accurately to size. I wear an 11 shoe and the size 11 boots fit almost perfectly. As in stiffness, I have never used the 32 Lashed, but this boot is stiff when tightened. Don't tighten it enough, and you'll feel some wiggle room, but really pull on the laces/strings and they will be tighter than most other park boots.
In buying the Ride Triad SPDL boots what would I do if i had a cable that broke for the strap? In the past I've owned a pair of Burton Invader lace boots and if the lace would brake, just buy a new one.

Best Answer:Hey, Sorry to hear this. Contact our warranty dept, and they can either set you up, or get you pointed in the right direction.
Best Answer:On the Ride Triad SPDL Snowboard Boots you get either your regular sport shoe size or add 1/2 size for a little extra grow room. Avoid extra socks as the bunching of 2 socks can mess with you circulation, and actually be colder...
