is this a unisex boot size wise? I am a 9 women (and typically wear size 8.5-9 size women's shoes) or 8-8.5 mens......wondering where I should size myself if I wanted this boot?
Nicole M on Feb 23, 2015
BEST ANSWER: Hey Nicole,

Tim's right, Mens boots are designed to fit the anatomy of a man - higher calves and wider heel. If you absolutely had to get the Ride Orion Snowboard boots it'd be best to get get size 7, but unfortunately the smallest size we have in stock is 8.5.

Ride makes some of the best women snowboard boots - they all have a women's specific fit (designed by women for women) and you can check them out HERE:
I wear size 8 in dirtbike boots but size 9 or 10 in normal everyday fashion boots. What size should i go with in these boots?
Eagle Eye on Dec 1, 2014
Go with the size 9 of every day fashion boots. These Ride Orion boots tend to run true to size.
Is this a good beginner boot?
Ian R on Feb 24, 2016
BEST ANSWER: Oh yeah they are, I would definitely recommend them for a new rider. They are sturdy and stable yet still flexible and comfortable. The main problem new riders have is a boot being too tight or too loose. Because these have laces, you are free to tie them however tight you want. They are still my favorite boots even as an experienced snowboarder.
I wear a size 9 in shoes and 9 1/2 - 10 in boots; does that mean I should go with a 9 1/2 or should I stick with the 9 instead?
Chris R on Dec 11, 2014

Snowboard boot sizing runs identical to shoe sizing. If you wear a size 9 shoes, you should get a size 9 Ride Orion Snowboard Boot.
Does it mater if the snowboard has straps or if there click ins?
Eagle Eye on Dec 1, 2014
BEST ANSWER: If you have click ins that require a metal part on the boat to click into it then you need the specific boot to go with the bindings. If you have just regular bindings then these work.
are they grue to suze?
A shopper on Mar 17, 2016
I agree. Ride's boots do fit fairly true to size.
How durable are they?
AvacadoGames on Dec 6, 2016
BEST ANSWER: I rode all season so far with them and haven't had any tears or rips. Seem to be doing pretty good so far.
