Description: SE Tripel Bike

The SE Tripel is the bike of choice for riders seeking simplicity and quality! Big wheels equal big fun on this bike designed to last decades. Fun is definitely the word to describe a ride on this beast. The SE Tripel strips it down to the basics, leaving you with an easy-to-ride bike featuring a coaster brake and 3-speed rear hub. Without all the extra cables and gears to worry about, you will have more time and attention to focus on the important things: the scenery and the wind in your hair, not adjusting brakes and re-mounting a chain. Take bicycling back to its roots on the SE Tripel!

SE Tripel
My number one bike is a carbon frame road bike, but for a second bike, I was looking for something with more of an upright ride and uncomplicated. This bike fits the bill. I have had it on a few rides and was able to maintain a good average speed over rolling terrain. When the local hills were too much for the low gear, I just stood up like I was a kid and crested the hill. The gears shift nicely whether one is pedaling or not. The seat is comfortable, although I haven't had it our for a long ride yet. Assembly instructions were not included with the bike but assembling the bike was easy even without instructions. The wheels were true. I would recommend this bike.

I wanted a nice simple bike, with a coaster brake with internal hub gears. I wanted to be in a more upright riding position.

Unable to use hand brakes but really wanted ability to shift gears. The price was unbeatable too!

Best Answer: The bike I ordered was built except for the seat and front wheel. Rides great. I'd recommend a seat pad tho.
