Gina L: The only difference that I see is that the saga has a 13.75 rear end length and the pro has a 14. Also the saga has a mid bracket and the pro has an american. Not sure what difference that makes though. If I were you I would go with the saga pro, I have this bike and it is great for just riding around and doing some BMX. Nov 16, 2013

Dave V: Which parts don't come assembled? Aug 15, 2013
Roy MStaff: The handlebars, front wheel, pedals, seat post and seat will be off the bike upon delivery. Adjustments of breaks, bottom bracket and chain tension as well as a thorough once over is why manufacturers require that a certified bike tech assembles your bike. Aug 15, 2013
Gina L: The only things you have to assemble is the seat, pedals, and handle bars. Everything else is already attatched. Your local bike shop shouldn't charge much to assemble it or if you want to save money look up some tutorials if you don't feel comfortable. Sep 9, 2013

A shopper asked: does it come with pegs? Jan 24, 2014
Answer this · Send to friends Good question? Yes (0) No (0)
Phil L: It comes with one pair of pegs. Both front and rear axles are 14mm, so they fit at all positions, but they are only twist on, not bolt on pegs, so I'm not sure how sturdy they would be for grinding. Jan 24, 2014

A shopper asked: Why is the bike so cheap? Is the welding sloppy? Do the parts ware faster? even though the rims are double walled , are they strong? why is the bike so cheap? Aug 19, 2013
Answer this · Send to friends Good question? Yes (0) No (0)
Mark SStaff: the Sapient Saga Pro is on sale right now from $500 to $249.95. We do not have to go through the same amount of shipping as other companies. Our bikes come from the manufacture to our hands. No one else is in the mix. So the price is able to stay down Aug 20, 2013
Reply to Mark Good answer? Yes (2) No (0)
Phil L: I think the bike is priced just right. I got it mainly for the full chromolly frame and forks. Plan to switch most other parts on it. But the welds seem really good. Sep 9, 2013
