Description: Sapient Saga BMX Bike 20in

The Sapient Saga BMX has been described as an "entry level" BMX bike, but it is so much more! Each one comes equipped with a chromoly frame, forks, and handlebars in order to be strong and light. Shrapnel components, such as the saddle, platform pedals and half link chain, allow the Sapient Saga to shred in any situation whether it's the park, trails or the streets.

These Sapient BMX bikes come without decals applied. Each bike is shipped with a decal packet, containing a number of decals of different styles and colors. This allows the rider to customize the bike to their liking.

Why did you choose this? Store
It looks like a good beginner to intermediate bike that does not cost too much.

I chose this because my grandson badly wants a BMX bike from Santa for Christmas
Judi E on Nov 14, 2014
My nephew is a beginner and is looking for a bike that he can do "tricks" on. All of the questions and reviews pointed to this as being the best option. I searched online and could not find a better price for this bike. The videos describing the details of the bike were helpful as well! Thanks for being so thorough!

What level of experience is this bike for?
A shopper on Jul 2, 2013
Best Answer: I would say this bike is for a smaller rider up to about 13 years old and of an beginner to intermediate skill level would enjoy the bike. I would recommend this bike to someone getting a younger rider into the fun of street, park and dirt riding but if they are intending to go to Woodward I would highly recommend buying a bike from another manufacturer.

I'm about 5'7", would this bike be a good size for me?
Koi D on Oct 21, 2014
Best Answer: The Spaient Saga is a great bike. The Frame size is going to be too small for you. You would benefit from a 21" top tube bike. Premium and WE THE PEOPLE make a 21" bike

Could I do jumps and stairs with this bike?
sam k on Nov 15, 2013
Best Answer: Hi Sam. Hell yes you can do jumps and stairs, grind rails, anything a more expensive name brand bike can do! It's actually a very impressive and fun bike! I'm gonna keep it real with you though. You must, I repeat MUST replace the stock chain, I broke mine while riding and almost snapped my collarbone, I still have a scar! Also the plastic pedals are junk and will break within a month, so replace the pedals too. I'm serious about these parts, I bought the same bike for my brother and he broke his chain and pedals too, other than that awesome bikes! Make sure you get the 14mm hubs if you weigh more than 170lbs, just a tip!

Is this bike exactly the same as the sapient saga pro bmx bike, besides the color?
A shopper on Sep 13, 2013
Best Answer: The saga is the saga lol idk about a pro. But I bought the top of the line sapient which is the saga. It was 250 on sale from 500 supposedly. There's a grenade version which is exactly the same just called something different.

Is this bike good for pro and when you order it how does com like is the sprocket and stuff on what do you have to put to geather?
A shopper on Jul 27, 2015
Best Answer: Good Day!
I would be careful here. Sapient's Saga bikes do have a Chromoly Frame, but are otherwise rather simple. It would be great for a rider progressing in the park, but would need some upgrades for an all-out pro. If you are really aggressive look here: All of our bmx bikes will be shipped 3/4 assembled. You will need to put attach the seat, handlebars, front tires, and pedals. More importantly, everything will need to be aligned!
