Great value
Really love this bike considering the price. Its super light! Dont expect chrome moly as everything is a bit smaller. Seems to hold up well. Retightening is necessary (bearings). Its a good cheap bike better than anything else for the price. I dont think I'd jump it off a roof.

Awesome!
It's a great bike. It's sturdy and looks great. Got it for my girlfriend and she loves it! Almost as lite my United Recruit. Probably wouldn't do any crazy tricks on it but for small basic tricks I'm sure it can hold up.

Great beginner's BMX!
My 7.5 year old daughter saw a teen doing tricks on his BMX and she immediately told me she wanted one. When I saw this high ten steel with the look of a more expensive chromoley bike I couldn't believe the price. When it arrived I still couldn't believe it. I've been impressed with everything about this bike. The wheels were true, the brake works well and are easy to adjust and the finish is beautiful. And how many bikes come with a choice of four colors?
When I ordered it I thought I'd have to get a bigger driver for her. That hasn't been the case. She just stands and goes up hills faster than her ten year old sister who's on a much more expensive geared 26er mountain bike. These bikes just help build skills.

Not Bad
This was a starter bike for my daughter she jumped her 1st curb and I was stoked. She's only 8 so she won't kill it. I was surprised by the welding beads though, figured it would be done sloppy. She just wants to ride so it should last her a while.

In an inexpensive bike so don't expect anything super fancy or nice. My Handel bars are constantly coming loose and the peddles were a pain to put on.

Is this bike suitable for a 9 year old boy to do tricks on?
A shopper on Sep 6, 2013
Best Answer: Yes! Very suitable! We have had very few problems. Bought this bike for my 10 year old son, only after my 12 year old son bought one for himself. My 12 year old loves his and has had very few problems with his. He is a way more advanced rider then his younger brother. The only issue was the driver on the rear wheel. The gear loosened up and would cock sideways and break chains. He purchased a new wheel and no more problems. The bike is good for small riders. The price is right! The bike is hi-ten steel so it is not as strong as a cromo bike, but is a good starting point.

Best Answer: Yes, you can, I am not 100% positive on the size, but you are able to change the crank to a three piece. After a little while of use the crank starts to make a clicking noise and I replaced it with a three piece on my bike. It is fairly simple and it is the same process to replace it as any other bike. Good Luck!

ADAM T on Oct 18, 2015
Best Answer: Hi Adam,
All BMX bikes that we offer will arrive partially (like 3/4) assembled. They will not come with the assembly tools... though they do not require anything that is not basic. For safety sake, unless you are skilled with bikes, have a qualified bike tech complete the build. Failure to do so can void your warranty and cause great injury.

I am five ten. I weigh 190 pounds. I am just starting out, I want to learn how to bmx, do wheelies, bunny hops, manuals, and grinds. Is this the bike for me?
Brendan H on Aug 23, 2015
Best Answer: If i was in your shoes I would go with the 2013 GT Bump 20'' while they still have it at a low price. When I first started riding BMX over 10 years ago I would get the cheap hi-ten material bikes and I would have to buy a new one each year. They break too easily. Finally my parents bought me a nice expensive bike and after 8 years of hard riding on that bike everything was still original on it except for the back rim. You will definitely get your money's worth if you pay for a good bike. The cheap bike will cost you more in the end because of the continual need to buy new parts to replace the broken ones. The GT Bump is 100% chromoly and very light too. It is almost 4 lbs lighter than this bike. Best of luck!

whats the difference between this bike and the Sapient Capa 2X BMX Bike Cloud White 20in?
jacob reichow on Jun 19, 2014
Best Answer: Not quiet sure. We bought this for a 14 yr old. She could ride it. But it seemed to be smaller than we thought it would be. The only difference I would think would be the 2x would be a taller bike. Sorry this is all the help I can give you! The bie was delivered in perfect condition and easy to assemble. We received it on the time promised too!

This Capa Pro X will be a sturdy and simple bike to lean on. It will be great for cruising around on and developing some basic tricks. If you are looking for a BMX bike to use in a park or to use for more aggressive jumping you will want to look at a bike with a Chromoly frame. BMX bikes are sized a little different that traditional bikes. This is a standard 20" freestyle bike with a 20.5" top-tube. You could ride this bike really really well. Someone up to about 5'10" could ride it.
