descent bike
This is a decent bike , not the best but it works. I would recommend getting a new crank set though and a new seat. This bike is a little heavy, but it's light enough, and it definitly looks better in person then it does in this picture. this is a beginner-intermediate bike

what material is it made of?
A shopper on Jun 28, 2013
Best Answer: I bilieve the matetial is cromally steal. I'm no expert, I weigh in near 200 lbs. I'm an active dad in my 2 boys lives. The sapient capa bmx bikes I'm my opinion and expirence these bikes can take a beating. My boys only weigh in around 100 lbs. We have fallen down, and got flat tiers, and these bikes r in great shape. I have ridden bmx bikes for 20 years. These bikes r light weight, as a comparison to walmart... 5 broken, rims bent, break cabels breaking. I heard of these bikes at a local bmx park. I like the house board web site, and customer service. I no longer fear the bikes breaking, or the injuries from it. About injuries, no majors to report. Get out side and ride....

Thx for asking,
1 happy dad.

Does the bike come already fully built?

Best Answer: I was amazed how much the bike was assembled in the box it came in. All that was needed was putting the peddles on, front tire, and tightening the bars, may have taken 10 minutes

is it good for tricks?
A shopper on Jul 10, 2013
Best Answer: We bought 2 of the Sapient bikes for the boys. 11 and 8 years old. They ride them daily and the most they have done is go off a ramp in the yard. Only issue with bikes we have had are adjusting the breaks. Other than that they love them.
