Grandson thrilled. Loves the pants.
Couldn't be more pleased. Customer service outstanding. Employee double checked the supply and even called me back to confirm. She deserves a raise! With the Christmas rush she went above and beyond.

Quality excellent. Would definitely order from your website again.

Quicksilver Portland snowboard pants
100% waterproof under even the most pressing conditions. Light but still offers a good bit of insulation. Nice snug fit, perfect for California's warm winters

Good overall but...
So to start off these pants are good, just little things here and there were off. First off the pockets are not zipped. I found myself checking my pockets way to often. Before the chairlift, on the chairlift, after I got off the chair, before my run, middle of the run, and after the run. Second I ordered the right size for me and found out the pants are a little long, even with my boots on. The pant legs would drag and get caught under my boots when walking, which caused them to rip and fray. The last "problem" with the pants are the gators that hug the boots under the pants so snow cant get in, the hooks on them to hook the boots. Anyways those hooks would get caught on my socks when getting ready, and put holes in my socks. like i said before these pants are good, but they had some minor problems.

Hi, This ones has any insulation?? Why can I stay warm in the mountain?? Are these pants worse than the insulated ones or is this just a detail? I mean, is the insulation such important?? Thank you very much!
Tomas F on Jun 2, 2014
Best Answer: No, these are just shell pants. Insulation is like a fleece lining on the inside. These are basically just higher quality rain pants that are designed for snowboarding and skiing.

If you are deciding between shell or insulation, it's really up to personal preference. You don't need to wear anything underneath on hot days, but you can layer a pair of sweatpants or fleece pants underneath for those cold days. If you are looking for one pair of pants, go with a shell. If you only ski during the colder months, then consider an insulated pair.
