It's ok
wish I knew it wasn't a free spin. My fault for not looking into it enough. I just figured it was. I guess it would cost like 200 bucks to make it s free spinning rear wheel. It's like a giant kids bike. But other than that it's great. And the house really great! And the house really delivers!!

Why is there a hand brake if it is a coaster brake? This makes zero sense.
Jeremy N on Jan 17, 2016
Best Answer: I agree, I didn't even know until I got it. It's pretty lame... Also I took it to a shop and dude said it would cost almost as much as the bikes worth to change it out.

What all parts of the bike is assembled after shipping??? What all do I have to assemble?
Ballhard_d on Jan 24, 2016
Best Answer: Good Day,
This bike will come about 3/4th assembled. The final assembly is actually easy. The seat, handlebars, pedals, and front tire will all need to be put on. The essential process is that everything will need to be aligned... that takes some skill. Unless you are really good with bikes, you will need to have an actual bike tech finish the set-up.... failure to do so can void your warranty.

is the bike shipped pre-buit or do i have to put it together myself?
A shopper on Oct 21, 2015
Best Answer: All complete bikes are sold and delivered partially assembled. Final assembly should be done by a qualified bike technician. Failure to have the bike assembled by a qualified technician may void the warranty and could result in damage and/or injury if not assembled correctly. As an industry standard, some bikes might have minor cosmetic blemishes due to the nature of shipping.

Free USA shipping?
A shopper on Jul 10, 2015
Best Answer: Good Day!
Not on bikes... they are just too heavy. Express Ground is $18.95 on 20" BMX and $25.00 on a 24" BMX. Look here for more info: http://www.the-house.com/helpdesk/shipping-information/us-shipping/

What is the weight of this BMx bike?
A shopper on May 13, 2015
Best Answer: GT is well know for never posting specific weights.... so going by shipping weight and reducing it, this 650 BMX Bike will weight right around 30 lbs.
