You're going to want to send it as soon as you hop on the Grenade Launch BMX Bike. A Hi-ten frame and fork make this bike durable yet forgiving as you learn the coolest tricks. Hold tight on the Velo Mushroom grips mounted on the 28in wide bars for extra control. You'll be happy the APSE Alloy U-brakes are there, but once you get going on the Grenade Launch, you won't want to stop!

waste of money
First of the brakes fell off within the first day.second the cranks bent when I was riding at the skate park.third the baring in the back tire blew out while I was riding.last my handle bars bent when I went of a jump and I'm only 120.I think it's a waste of money

These Grenade Launch BMX bikes are more entry-level focused rides. They will be great for cruising around and developing some skills with. If you decide to focus on more aggressive tricks.. you will want to look at a Full Chromoly Frame bike: ex: http://www.the-house.com/qwpjus20bk14zz-we-the-people-bmx-bikes.html If you are looking to mess around, you could ride the Grenade Launch excellently.
Do you put screw on pegs, or bolt on pegs on this bike?

BEST ANSWER: you can put either on just make sure you check the size of your axel before you buy a peg if you buy a peg that wont screw on cause the axel is a bigger size then it would be a waste of money

BEST ANSWER: no it falls apart easy my brakes fell off the first i took it to the skate park and you will be made fun of because its off brand and has 1 pc cranks mine bent went i fell of it

BEST ANSWER: Yes it will support you. My friend was using my bike to hit a Jump, and he did it perfectly. He weighs like 195Ibs and his height is 5'8 so you should be fine.

This bike is ideal for an intermediate to novice rider to learn pro hops, wheelies, foot jam, manuals and basic ramp riding. If you're competing then you need to step up to a higher level bike...or you won't make the podium.

The bike is 25lbs 2 oz as a complete. It is a hi-ten frame which is sturdy, but not the lightest around. I will try to get the frame weight on its own.

BEST ANSWER: The Grenade Launch has a Cassette and you cannot get the Pawls to stop clicking cause that is what helps the wheel engage when pedaling forward
