Alloy is a combination of two or more base metals.
All metals used in fabrication of a bicycle are alloys.
What type (i.e. primary base metal) of alloy is being referred to in the specification of this product for: hubs, rims, seat post ?

Best Answer: The Frame on the Gran Royal Aristocrat is Hi-ten Steel. and the Alloy that they are referring to is aluminum.
