Description: Framed FX1 2X BMX Bike 20in

The Framed FX1 2X BMX Bike is a great bike for kids just getting started in BMX riding and tricks. With that in mind take a look at some of these key features of the bike like it's tough HiTen 20.4 inch tube frame. The bike also comes equipped with HiTen forks, and 8 inch HiTen rise bars as well. There are many features that the Framed FX1 2X BMX Bike has that can't all be mentioned here. For better durability and performance they use Shrapnels Fragment 175mm 1 Piece Cranks. One solid piece means there's less of a chance of the crank arms breaking off during times of intense riding or high stress maneuvers.

Would this be a beginner park bike?
Jack L on Oct 1, 2013
Best Answer: I personally own this bike & I would say for a beginner yes . However, it does come with a one piece crank so it would be recommended to make it a 3 piece for durability & better performance . The bottom bracket you would get to change it to a 3 piece crank is a 19mm American . To get you started it is good because it has a 25 tooth sprocket with a 9 tooth driver in the rear hub . It will help you get used to doing basic tricks, but this is strictly a beginners bike since it can't take as much of a beating as a higher quality bike can

A shopper on Aug 28, 2014
Best Answer: Not sure about the color. However, I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of this bike for the cost. It is a very light weight frame. It has not fallen apart like what we are accustomed to happening. This bike is great value especially for the price.

is this bike good for people that are 5'4 ?
sarah v on Mar 26, 2015
Best Answer: Yes, my son is about 5'7 and we purchased it for him. Just a warning we had some issues with this bike very quickly. The bearing in the back tire went bad and had several parts that started rusting. This was garage kept. Called customer service and they are sending all new parts out for us no charge.
