However, they painted the knurled area where the neck clamps down on it and the inside of the neck. It would never hold right until I took the dremmell to it.

Lannie EStaff: Either bike is a great bike, it is mostly riders preference as to which one would be a better bike for them. The Framed bike comes with a 14 mm rear wheel and the Capa pro x comes with a 12mm rear wheel axle other than that difference they both are hi tinsel steel entry level bikes. Sep 22, 2013
