Because its the best bike for the value, nice and loud back hub and the small sprocket is definitely worth the little more money than the framed impact!

Is this lightweight?
A shopper on Oct 8, 2015
BEST ANSWER: The Verdict from Framed is 25lbs 4oz which is overall midweight... and mid/light for hi-ten frames.
is this more of a kid bike or for young/teen adults?
A shopper on Oct 10, 2015
BEST ANSWER: Good Day,
The Verdict IS a standard 20" BMX bike, but has more basic components. Because of this, it is geared to a younger teen audience. For the most part, a full grown adult will want a BMX bike with a Chromoly frame.
Can you put pegs on this bike?
drake on Nov 12, 2015
BEST ANSWER: Absolutely!
Will this bike be good for park riding??
A shopper on Jan 6, 2016
BEST ANSWER: Hi!
The Framed Verdict is a great entry level BMX bike, but will not be the best Park ride. For aggressive riding and true park riding you will want to look to a bike that has a Chromoly frame. This: http://www.the-house.com/qfrattl20bkb13zz-framed-bmx-bikes.html or this: http://www.the-house.com/qfrattp20bkrd16zz-framed-bmx-bikes.html will be a more solid park option.

Is this bike good for bunny hops?
A shopper on Jan 31, 2016
BEST ANSWER: I bought this bike for my 13yr old this past Christmas. He is a beginner with BMX bikes and was able to learn how and successfully do bunny hops on this bike, so I would assume so
Is this bike good for bunny hops, wheelies, and manualing?
Chris C on Jan 25, 2016
BEST ANSWER: yes its perfect for all of that its really light and very controlable i think it would be a great bike for that
Is this bike good for a 15 yr old?
A shopper on Nov 26, 2015
BEST ANSWER: Hi!
It totally depends on what you intend to do with it. This Verdict is a fairly simple bike that will be great for cruising around on and learning some street freestyle. It will not be a great park or racing bike. The Verdict size wise will work for most 15 year olds just fine.
Is this bike good for poping Wheelies?
Sam nasty on Oct 22, 2015
BEST ANSWER: Hi Sam,
The Verdict would work just fine for that.
Is this bike okay for a 5'11 ft kid that's about 145 pounds?
A shopper on Jun 6, 2016
BEST ANSWER: My son's 5'9 and is about 180lbs. He loves it. It looks a little smaller on him when he does sit down on the seat, as the seat is low and laid back however, seein as it's a trick bike though, he rarely sits down anyways. And when he's just cruising around locally, he just rides it in the standing position.
The sprocket, where the chain is at the pedals, is also recessed so when he does ride standing up, his jeans or laces don't get caught up in the chain at all. So, for my son,it's an absolutely great bike for him. I've asked him a couple dozen times if it was too small and he told me every time that it's the perfect size because it's a trick bike. And by the way, the thing weighs nothing too! He's also had a few spills on it, seein as it's a trick bike it's gonna happen but, the bike held up great and allot of times you don't even need to adjust a thing on it! It holds together great!

Hope this helps!

Rob
I am a beginner would it work fine for me? Only 10 under 5 feet tall. Also under 100 pounds.
A shopper on Apr 25, 2016
BEST ANSWER: Yes it would work, but I would order a replacement brake because the one that comes on the bike is plastic and not very durable.
Is this bmx good for a 12 year old thats lower than 5 feet tall?
A shopper on Jan 23, 2016
BEST ANSWER: yes should fit him fine wouldn't suggest anything smaller he'll probably grow but even if he doesn't still a good choice
Is it a turning handlebar? like 360 full around?
Bmxislife1 on Dec 21, 2015
BEST ANSWER: Technically the Framed Verdict BMX Bike does have turning 360 degree handle bars, but it's not suggested.
Is this good for jumps?
A shopper on Mar 10, 2016
BEST ANSWER: If you're going for big time air, I would suggest upgrading to a bike that will hold up to a bigger beating (like one with a chromoly frame). This bike will be good for all of your basic park tricks, etc.
Is the bike light?
A shopper on Jul 12, 2016
BEST ANSWER: Yes it's light , Mine arrived with a hole in the tube took the house over a week to send a new one! Customer service is lacking
is the seat adjustable?
Game_Slayer_02 G on Sep 29, 2016
BEST ANSWER: Hi,
Everyone is right. The seat height is adjustable, but not the angle.
Is the bike good for adults?
A shopper on Sep 12, 2016
BEST ANSWER: Hi,
A standard 20" BMX bike can be ridden by someone up to like 5'10". Know that a BMX bike does fit in any way like a standard bike. Also, the Verdict BMX bike is a basic entry level ride designed to cruise around on. Most adults will be close to its weight limit. You might need a BMX bike with a Chromoly frame and the next level of components.
I'm 23 getting back into freestyle bmxing I'm 6'3 1/2 tall now and around 185 lbs. I'm on a tight budget of 150 maybe a little more would this be a good bike to buy to get back into the flow of things?
Ht3Forever on Jan 20, 2016
BEST ANSWER: excellent bike for that. a hundred dollars or so in upgrades for cranks and bottom bracket which you don't have to do right away. and you have yourself a solid bike. These are not Walmart bikes there bike store bikes very upgradable
I am 22 and into bmx. Will this bike work for me? I am 310 lbs. and 6"1
Ed I on Jan 3, 2016
BEST ANSWER: You're going to want to look at bikes that have components like chromoly frames. This will mean that they will be increased in price, but they will be able to support you better than this bike. It's usually worth it to invest a little more to get the best quality you can.
Will this bike be good for a ten year old?
A shopper on May 28, 2016
BEST ANSWER: Good Day,
Thanks for the answers everyone. If the 10 year old is close to 5ft or taller he or she could ride it just fine. Any shorter and you might want to look at an 18" BMX bike.
Is this a good bike for a moderate skill level and 13 years old?
A shopper on May 1, 2016
BEST ANSWER: This bike is SUPER light! It also has a more race car type tire(s) tread on it. So, its not an off road type bike but rather a local riding, street, cement/trick style bike. This bike is also a low seat style bike as it makes for the rider to sit much lower and your hands higher up while in the seated position. But, this is intentional by design and that the style of the bike is meant for riding/coasting while standing up as well as for doing tricks or freestyle riding. My son is 13, is close to 6ft. tall, and weighs close to 180lbs, loves the bike, and after the brake pads wear down a bit it has plenty of stopping power too! And he's a big guy who likes to go fast!
Hope this helps answer your questions. If not, ask more and I'll try to answer ASAP for/to yah!

How hard is the assembly?
A shopper on Nov 22, 2016
BEST ANSWER: Hi,
Robert is for the most part correct. The bikes will arrive 3/4 assembled... leaving some finish assembly and most importantly.... alignment. Framed Bikes and The-House suggest you have a bike shop do it.
