Jim M: I have no idea what 20.5 in top tube mean on the sizing chart. I am still waiting for my grandson's Christmas gift to arrive. Every time I call The House to check the status of my order I talk to a very nice person who tells me that it looks like my order has been pushed back another_______days. You can fill in the blank. I am very upset with The House. Dec 31, 2013
