Great entry level bike!
This bike beats any bike in its price range hands down. There were a few issues with shipping, dings and the stickers that were put on were wrinkled. The staff fixed the shipping issues and were super easy to get a hold of. We will buy here again!Overall great product at a great price

if I'm 155 pounds and 5' 7'', is this the right bike for me?
A shopper on Nov 5, 2013
BEST ANSWER: This bike should be fine for you depending on what you want to do with it. I have bought three of these bikes, one for each of my kids. My kids are much smaller than you, but I am able to ride comfortably and easy. Pretty light bike seeing as it can be ridden and held up by an eight year old, and def worth the money. I say go for it!
Is this bicycle good for tricks?
A shopper on Jul 23, 2013
BEST ANSWER: I have not dropped into a bowl with this bike yet, but it's good on the street and on the medium jumps I've done.
My son will be 7 this summer and has outgrown his first bike. He is taller than the average 1st grader right now. Would this bike be too big for him?
Brady on Jan 14, 2014
BEST ANSWER: My son is 15 and is 5'6 and it is perfect for him but his cousin who is 9 rides it when he's over and it perfect for him too. So I would say yes.. Great bike and for a great price.
Is it a good bike?
A shopper on Jun 27, 2013
BEST ANSWER: For the price, yes it's a very good bike, if you can afford a better bike than go for it but yeah I like my bike, I skateboard but I've been trying to bmx and its a good bike, right now I'm adding a lot of stuff to it and its also a great bike for cruising. So it depends what you want it for but I like it.
Can you change out the seat?
A shopper on Jul 1, 2014
BEST ANSWER: The Framed Forge comes with a 1 piece seat and seat post combo. If you would like to get a different seat you will have to get a new seat post as well

Hey i Have never bought a BMX bike online and i was wondering when it comes in do i have to put it together or will it be all ready?
A shopper on Oct 31, 2013
BEST ANSWER: The Framed Forge comes 85% assembled. It must be assembled by a professional bike mechanic for the warranty to stay. Failure to do so will result in loss of warranty
Would this bike be the right size for someone that is 6'1 feet tall?
Clifford P on Aug 24, 2013
BEST ANSWER: It is a BMX bike and size doesn't matter. My son is 5'6'' and he bought one and loves it. I don't think size matters on a BMX bike. they stand up to ride it most of the time anyway.
Is it okay for a 14yrl old 5.7 feet tall person?
David G. on Jun 25, 2014
BEST ANSWER: My son who is 5.5 and 12 years old rides this bike with the seat all the way down and when he is sitting on the seat it looks like his knees could hit his chin. But 90% of the time he and his friends ride standing on the peddles while leaning on the handle bars. I have asked him if he would like the seat raised but he does not. I don;t think it is used a lot.
Can this bike be for heavy riders?
A shopper on Jun 24, 2014
BEST ANSWER: The Framed Forge is for beginner riders learning how to jump and grind. if you are an avid rider who can already do somethings, this bike will not hold up for you. The Framed Attack LTD is where you should look
What took do you need to out this bike together ?
Diori V on Apr 15, 2014
BEST ANSWER: It was just normal tools, nothing special. They recommend that you use a qualified repair shop to maintain your warranty. If you don't have any tools, wait til you get the bike and then go to a pawn shop or garage sale. As it is, this bike is not sturdy enough for hard landings. You will need to beef up the pedal cylinder or it will be crushed.
Do the pedals break easily?
Nathan S on Jan 8, 2014
BEST ANSWER: They should not break on you but that also depends on what you plan on doing with the bike.
Is this bike good for dirt jumps?
Maison W on Oct 8, 2013
BEST ANSWER: The bike is amazing! My only complaint is the very hard and unusable seat. I replaced the seat and also added a shock absorbent rod that connects the seat to the frame. If your racing and jumping there is no time to sit down. But even to take a breather between races, it was no bueno! The petals feel like they grab your feet, it's a good plus. And finally you have to make sure all parts are extremely locked down. Otherwise they will adjust during the ride, and that sucks.
One more question is this bike easy to do tricks on?
Alex L on Jul 9, 2014
BEST ANSWER: My grandson has no problem doing tricks on this bike
how good of a bike is it?
Ryan P on Jun 26, 2014
BEST ANSWER: My son, who is 14, actually purchased this bike with his own money. I however was not comfortable purchasing a bike online. I was pleasantly surprised at the great quality of this bike.
I would defiently give this bike a thumbs up.
My daughter is 8 & on the smaller side (48 in). Can she ride this bicycle as a next step up from 18in? She will not be riding it much until spring and may grow a bit before then.
A shopper on Dec 14, 2013
BEST ANSWER: I have not given this bike to my grandson yet, but he is 11 years old. I can tell you that he has ridden a bike of this size since he was eight years old. Most of the kids around here ride this size regardless of their age. My 17 year old grandson still rides his bike of same size.
Does the bike have pedal breaks as well?
A shopper on Dec 10, 2013
BEST ANSWER: There are no pedal brakes for this bike. I bought this for my son as a transitional bike. It's a good starter for bmx.
Is this bike good for jumping on dirt ramps??
Reyes A on Sep 30, 2013
BEST ANSWER: Yes it is.
is this bike good size for a 16 or 17 year old?
A shopper on Jul 30, 2013
BEST ANSWER: Yes the Framed Forge BMX Bike is good for a 16 or 17 year old, it's actually pretty good for a 18 and 19 year old too.
hey! i'm a 27yr old female, never owned a bmx bike, is this bike okay for me? i'm 5'5'" about 130lbs.
Thanks
audrey c on Jul 24, 2013
BEST ANSWER: The forge is an entry level model. for the price you can't go wrong at all. For your size this bike will be perfect. The color is highly visible and will be a head turner. The bike doesn't have front & back pegs which is something to think about. On my forge I switched the seat, pedals, grips and added four pegs. These parts make all the difference and it now rides dramatically different. I would give this bike 4 out of 5 stars only because of some generic parts. Best of luck to you.
My 9 year old son would like a BMX bike for his birthday; is this a good entry level BMX bike?
Tom W on Jul 13, 2013
BEST ANSWER: Absolutely, the Framed Forge BMX Bike. Good bike as it has 14mm rear axle dropouts - brings up the strength in the rear end. Also it has the geometry of a high end bike with a far lesser cost - great way to see if your son will stick with the sport before sinking serious cash.
Are all the little parts already but on
Like for the frame and stem?
giuseppe m on Jul 9, 2014
BEST ANSWER: All complete bikes are sold and delivered partially assembled. Final assembly should be done by a qualified bike technician. Failure to have the bike assembled by a qualified technician may void the warranty and could result in damage and/or injury if not assembled correctly. As an industry standard, some bikes might have minor cosmetic blemishes due to the nature of shipping.
Is hi ten steel ston?
A shopper on Jun 17, 2014
BEST ANSWER: Hi Ten steel is a lesser expensive steel then Chromoly and is good for beginners
I'm 5'11 190 would this bike work for me?
A shopper on May 22, 2014
BEST ANSWER: Hello,
I can't say for sure because I bought it for my 11 year old son who weighs 90 pounds. My 300 pound, 5ft 11in husband did ride it around though, if that helps. ;-)

What's better for a begginer, sapient drop or framed forge?
