I Love this Bike
I got this bike for Christmas. It is very durable but I had to replace the tube in the front tire already. It is kinda heavy, so I have a hard time catching air. I am sure if I practice more, I will do better. But so far, it is doing everything that I wanted it to. I would highly recommend it to my friends

IS it a good bike to go to the skatepark with?
A shopper on Jul 9, 2013
Best Answer: This is a single wall rimed bike and larger chain gear which is recommended for street riding. If you are looking at the park then move to the Framed Attack or Framed Team BMX bikes which have a 25/9 drive train which will give you better control of your speed.

Can you tighten the handlebars to the position that suits you?
A shopper on Oct 20, 2013
Best Answer: Yes; The bike come disassembled if purchased online. The handle bars need to be installed and tightened into position when the bike is being built. At this point you can position the bars as desired. If you purchase the bike assembled, an allen wrench will be required to loosen and position the bars to the desired location.

Can you adjust the angle of the seat? Because as show in the picture it dose not look that comfortable. And because of this its making me lean towards a different bike. If you can adjust the angle i would buy the bike in a heartbeat. I need advice!
A shopper on Aug 10, 2013
Best Answer: No, the angle of the seat is not adjustable, however the handles bars are.
It looks severe in the picture, but I purchase this bike for my 17 year old son who is almost 6 feet tall and he does not have to lean or stretch to ride it. He looks and is very comfortable on it.

Is this a good bike for a fifteen year old?
Kelvin N on Jul 26, 2013
Best Answer: should be. I bought it for my 9 year old and the top tube is too long for him making the handle bars a stretch. but he loves it anyway. It's geometry is for a larger person for sure. Don't plan to pedal while seated though. I tried that the other day and almost kneed myslef in the chin. Seems to built pretty well though we haven't really tested it. hope that helps

where are the assembly directions. my bike just came in and i do not see any?
A shopper on Aug 16, 2013
Best Answer: All complete bikes are sold and delivered partially assembled. Final assembly should be done by a qualified bike technician. Failure to have the bike assembled by a qualified technician may void the warranty and could result in damage and/or injury if not assembled correctly. As an industry standard, some bikes might have minor cosmetic blemishes due to the nature of shipping.

Due to this fact no manufacturers include assembly instructions.

can you race it?
A shopper on Aug 13, 2013
Best Answer: Framed Forge is more of a bike for kids to start learning tricks on and would not be good for racing. you are going to want a bike that is a race bike.

is it a good bike for going to the skatepark?
A shopper on Jul 9, 2013
Best Answer: The Framed forge would not be the ideal choice for using at a skate park. You would be better off on the Framed Verdict due to smaller drive train and better components.

Hi, I'm looking to get a BMX bike for my 10 yr old son who wants to get into it. A couple of questions:

1. How do the Framed Forge and the Framed Verdict compare ? Is there something better on the Verdict for the higher price ?

2. As I understand it, both of these can be used not just for BMX but regular street, trail rides too - correct ? I don't want to get one for general rides and one for BMX only ( at least not yet ). So, that would mean that it should be a bike with at least a rear brake, right ?

3. Do any BMX bikes come with gears at all ? I'm not sure if that's even a sensible question ... it sounds like gears are something you wouldn't want on BMX bikes ?
