Description: Framed Carbon Pro-X 150mm/190mm HG Wheel Set

Framed Carbon fat wheels are the ideal upgrade for the fat bike rider looking to increase performance and decrease rolling weight. These 80mm wide rims are full carbon and feature a unique double/single wall system. Through the middle of the rim there is a single thick wall of carbon to support spoke tension. A double wall system is used near the edges of the rim near the tire bead to reinforce durability and rigidity. These wheels are tubeless compatible. Leave behind those misconceptions about fat bikes being heavy with this lightweight addition, ideal for all season riding. Did we mention these wheels are HANDBUILT IN THE USA!? That equates to quality that cannot be beat.

These wheel sets are available in four different hub spacing and driver configurations.  Please confirm compatibility before placing your order.  Call Framed Bikes customer service at 866-956-5971 with any questions about compatibility.

Ready to rip!!
Have been in the market for a good set of carbon rims for my bike for a while but couldn’t see myself buying some no name brand with no warranty. When I called and found they come with a full 5 year warranty I was blown away! Tubeless setup was a breeze and the hubs are outstanding. I would have expected to pay double for something similar. Plus shipping was surprisingly painless. Thanks and keep up the great work Framed!

Best set for the price
Massive bang for the buck! I wanted to upgrade my alloy set and go tubeless on my fattie. I was going to go with another set of alloy wheels from a different brand but after doing the research It made no sense when I could get carbon wheels fully laced to Pub hubs for nearly the same price as an alloy wheelset. Wheels even came taped which was awesome and I had no trouble setting them up tubeless on my 45North tires.

Light and Cheap
Rolling big no longer means rolling heavy, and now rolling light doesn’t mean rolling expensive.

typical weight savings vs a tubed alloy set?
is this the best area to shave weight vs the frame or fork?
A shopper on Jan 8, 2017
From Framed: "Wheel upgrades are one of the most effective upgrades to both reduce weight, improve performance, and power efficiency. Depending on the tire and configuration used one could reduce total weight by up to 2 or more pounds."
Will these fit on my Minnesota 2.0?
Timothy B on Dec 12, 2016
BEST ANSWER: Unfortunately the hub spacing of that wheel set is not compatible with a Minnesota 2.0 series.
