Skeptic turned believer.
Rack works great. Able to snap panniers on and off easily. Has survived a few ice crashes. Would give it a five except the quick release is easily fumbled, a washer thing.

This rack is made to fit the Framed Minnesota 3.0 that I just purchased. It will be used to hold a milk crate when I explore isolated beaches on the Gulf Coast looking for shells and other treasures.

Can you un-bolt those side bars and remove them?
Ken W on Mar 26, 2015
BEST ANSWER: You can take them off or bend them out. They are good to about 15 to 20 lbs on the road with not many bumps. For single track it's good to about 10 lbs. if you go more it starts botching around. Bill
How long are the pannier stays on the side? I'm wondering if it will work with the ones I have.

BEST ANSWER: The distance from the frame rail where a pack would sit, to the bottom of the notch where a strap would attach is 7 1/2 inches. Hope this helps.

Also I see sides on rack, are they bag stops?? and if so do you have a bag system?
larry c on Dec 28, 2014
BEST ANSWER: Hi Larry.
I apologize for that bug. The correct limit is 15 pounds. This rack does have bag stops, but we do not currently offer a system. I will fix the glitch.
