Does this have adjustable angle handlebars?

BEST ANSWER: It appears that it has a flat bar, but can be replaced inexpensively with another to change the angle/position

for this particular bike we only carry the 19" so the height range will be around 4'11"-5'3". Of course this is only approximate and size is also based on personal preference.

The last remaining size is the 19" frame. It would work, but your ideal size would be a 17".
What size bike should I ride if I am 5'6"?

BEST ANSWER: Hi Marc, for your height I would recommend getting a Medium sized frame. With this particular bike that would be a 19" frame size.
