Video: History of Bond Outerwear

By Published On: August 2nd, 20110 Comments

Bond Outerwear is not in the business of making tuxedos for James, but more like some of the most debonair outerwear in the snow softgoods market. Sustainability is the name of their game, as they operate as a carbon-neutral company—and balancing out their minimal carbon footprint is hardly an ordeal for them. They use only materials that have been recycled, or can be recycled. Their list of ingredients contains bamboo, coconut, and recycled bottles.

Proud Partner of Bond

Launched in 2008, Bond Outerwear boasts a team made up of three of snowboarding’s most unique personalities and distinguished resumes in Eddie Wall, Heikki Sorsa, and TJ Schneider. Having such different tastes and needs on the testing end of the product culminates in a line that has something for everyone down to the last detail and the most refined tastes. Right down to the buttons and zippers, which are made from scrap metal leftover from various industries, so let your imagination decide what your pocket snaps are made of.
