Continuing with our look at the new 3D skateboarding videos premiering at the International Skateboard Film Festival, today we have the Krooked KROOK3D 3D teaser. This video brings the 3D camera equipment to the streets, rather than sitting in a studio, to capture the Krooked team blazing around the west coast, mostly the hilly streets of San Francisco. The full-length DVD was released a year ago and paved the way for guys like Ty Evans and crews like Red Bull (spoiler alert!) to combine the new technology with skateboard moviemaking.

KROOK3D 3D features the skating of the legendary Mark Gonzales, Dan Drehobl, Bobby Worrest, Mike Anderson, Brad Cromer, David Clark, and Luke Croker. No special sets or props like the Girl video, but a progressive team video that was shot in 3D and presented that way. Need some 3D glasses? You can make them at home, or hit the magazine rack a la our method used on Monday.

The 3D skateboard movies were presented this week as part of the International Skateboard Film Festival, which is currently about to wrap up in LA, but if you’re in Long Beach you can catch the final showing this evening. Check back later in the week for the third video from the 3D category.
