Bob Elmergreen’s father pioneered surfing Lake Michigan, it’s easy to understand that growing up surfing, thrashing the local hills, and skating a mini ramp his father built, Bob was fully engulfed in a board sports lifestyle before he could walk. That’s right, Bob could surf, snowboard, and skate before he could walk.
Bob’s approach of sales tactics was groomed through retail experience and previously repping for Burton. Winning the TWS Midwest Rep of the Year in 2010 opened a door of great opportunity with Vans Shoes and Protec Helmets; Bob has been killing it every since. Bob guides new shop employees through time tested sales training exercises making them feel more comfortable selling product. If he wanted, I’m sure Bob could be a personal life coach.
Elmergreen isn’t your typical sales focused Nazi rep, he actually skates Vans Shoes, and just watching him will melt your face off. When Bob isn’t traveling the country or molding shop kids’ minds, you can find him enjoying life and skating South Minneapolis with his wife Mindy.
